Checkbox and Bitrix24 Integration of Bitrix24 with Checkbox represents an important solution for automating fiscal accounting and simplifying the receipt issuance process in Ukraine. Checkbox, a cloud-based cash register software, allows Bitrix24 users to effectively manage fiscal operations, improving control and automation at all stages of sales.

Creating fiscal receipts in Bitrix24 thanks to the integration with Checkbox has become simpler and faster. Users can quickly generate receipts using CRM data, saving time and improving accuracy, eliminating manual input errors.

Receipt creation is available in two ways: using a robot and directly in the deal with one click. Set up the robot for automatic receipt issuance at the required stage to reduce the time for preparing and issuing fiscal documentation. The integration also allows creating receipts directly in the deal, adding convenience and speeding up order processing.

The return functionality in the deal provides flexibility and control over the operations of returning goods and services.

Multiple cash registers are supported. There is an option to send receipts to customers via SMS or email, or get a link to the receipt to send it manually.

New! You can now specify the payment method in accordance with the new Order No. 601 dated March 1, 2025. This enables automatic generation of fiscal receipts based on the updated regulations, ensuring full compliance with current legislation and simplifying sales accounting.

  • Enter your mail and password. If you have not registered before, you need register. If, when you try to register, the system says that the user is found, you must reset the password;
  • After successful authorization, click on the "Support" menu item, then the "Add" button;
  • Describe the error in detail, attach screenshots and click the "Submit" button.

Youtube: How to open and send log files

When something goes wrong or you need to send logs to support, then you need to follow these steps.

  • Open the app and scroll to the bottom;
  • Click on the "Log" link.

In addition, we sometimes request a link to the log. To generate it, you simply press the "Generate link" button. Copy and send this link to us. The link is valid for 2 days.

Have you extended your license, but the term has not changed? The license key is cached upon purchase and is only reset upon automatic renewal. If for some reason it did not last, try to throw off the license cache in billing(Licenses are displayed on the Services -> Licenses page) and update the "License" page in the module.
